This meta-wizard will generate both flowchartVersion and presentationVersion (Velocity) code which you can copy/paste after you have created a wizard along the lines described in 'Creating Wizards'.
When adding the wizard disable the 'Automatic Save' and 'Allow Multiple Saves per Run' options and set the 'Grouping' to COMBINE_NEIGHBOURING_LEAVES. Then you can copy/paste the flowchartVersion and the presentationVersion code from this meta wizard result.
